1. Aceptación
Al descargar o usar Sánate aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones, así como nuestro Aviso de Privacidad, el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final y el Aviso Médico. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el app. El responsable de la app es Irma Erika Yang (persona física con actividad empresarial), México.
2. Naturaleza del servicio
Sánate es una aplicación de bienestar emocional y autocuidado. No es un servicio médico, terapéutico, psiquiátrico ni de emergencia. No diagnostica, trata, cura ni previene ninguna enfermedad. El acompañante de IA (Sumi) y demás funciones ofrecen apoyo educativo y emocional, no consejo profesional. Si estás en crisis, llama a un profesional o a una línea de emergencia (ver Aviso Médico).
3. Edad mínima
Debes proporcionar tu fecha exacta de nacimiento y tener al menos 13 años para usar Sánate. No se crea una cuenta si eres menor de 13 años. Entre 13 y 16 años, tu cuenta permanece restringida hasta que un padre, madre o tutor otorgue consentimiento mediante el enlace de verificación enviado a su correo.
4. Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de la actividad en tu cuenta. Avísanos de inmediato si detectas un uso no autorizado. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la pantalla de Cuenta.
5. Suscripciones
- Plan Free: acceso a funciones básicas sin costo.
- Plan Plus: reflexión sobre señales visibles en una foto y sobre la transcripción de voz, ejercicios premium. Suscripción mensual o anual.
- Plan Premium: incluye todo Plus + descripción de señales visibles de postura y funciones avanzadas. Suscripción mensual o anual.
- Período de prueba: algunas suscripciones ofrecen prueba gratuita; al terminar se cobra automáticamente salvo cancelación previa.
- Renovación automática: las suscripciones se renuevan al final de cada período. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu cuenta de Apple o Google.
- Reembolsos: los gestiona Apple o Google según sus políticas; nosotros no podemos procesarlos directamente.
6. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no:
- Publicar contenido ilegal, amenazante, ofensivo, sexual, violento o que incite al daño propio o de terceros.
- Suplantar identidades o engañar a otros usuarios.
- Usar el app para actividades comerciales no autorizadas.
- Intentar acceder, modificar o atacar nuestros sistemas.
Podemos suspender o eliminar cuentas que violen estas reglas, sin reembolso.
7. Contenido de la comunidad
Las publicaciones son anónimas pero públicas. Eres responsable de lo que publicas. Podemos eliminar contenido inapropiado sin previo aviso. Si detectamos señales de crisis, podemos pausar publicaciones y mostrar recursos de apoyo.
8. Directorio de terapeutas
Sánate ofrece un directorio de profesionales independientes. Sánate no emplea, certifica ni supervisa a los terapeutas y no es parte de la relación entre tú y el profesional. Verificamos credenciales básicas (cédula/INE) antes de listar un perfil, pero te recomendamos confirmar de forma independiente la idoneidad del profesional. No somos responsables por los servicios, consejos o resultados de las consultas que contrates con ellos.
9. Privacidad
El tratamiento de tus datos se rige por nuestro Aviso de Privacidad. Al usar la app, reconoces haberlo leído. Parte de la información que ingresas (ánimo, diario, conversaciones) son datos sensibles; otorgas tu consentimiento expreso para tratarlos según dicho Aviso.
10. Propiedad intelectual y licencia
El nombre, logotipo, diseño, código y contenido de Sánate son propiedad de Irma Erika Yang y están protegidos por la ley. La marca "SÁNATE" se encuentra en trámite de registro ante el IMPI. Te otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el app conforme al Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final.
11. Limitación de responsabilidad
Sánate se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos, pérdidas emocionales, decisiones tomadas con base en el contenido del app, ni por interrupciones del servicio.
12. Modificaciones
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Los cambios entran en vigor al publicarse en el app o en este sitio. El uso continuado implica aceptación.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier disputa se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes de México, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la ley reconozca a los consumidores.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Sánate, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Notice, the End User License Agreement, and the Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by Irma Erika Yang (sole proprietor), Mexico.
2. Nature of the service
Sánate is an emotional wellness and self-care app. It is not a medical, therapeutic, psychiatric, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. The AI companion (Sumi) and other features provide educational and emotional support, not professional advice. If you are in crisis, call a professional or an emergency line (see Medical Disclaimer).
3. Minimum age
You must provide your exact date of birth and be at least 13 years old to use Sánate. No account is created for a child under 13. If you are 13–16, your account remains restricted until a parent or guardian grants consent through the verification link sent to their email.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
5. Subscriptions
- Free plan: basic features at no cost.
- Plus plan: reflection on visible photo cues and voice transcripts, plus premium exercises. Monthly or yearly subscription.
- Premium plan: includes all of Plus + descriptions of visible posture cues and advanced features. Monthly or yearly subscription.
- Free trial: some subscriptions offer a trial; after it ends, you are charged automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime from your Apple or Google account settings.
- Refunds: managed by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot process them directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, threatening, offensive, sexual, violent content, or content that promotes self-harm or harm to others.
- Impersonate identities or deceive other users.
- Use the app for unauthorized commercial activities.
- Attempt to access, modify, or attack our systems.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
7. Community content
Posts are anonymous but public. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove inappropriate content without prior notice. If we detect signs of crisis, we may pause posts and show support resources.
8. Therapist directory
Sánate offers a directory of independent professionals. Sánate does not employ, certify, or supervise therapists and is not a party to the relationship between you and the professional. We verify basic credentials (cédula/INE) before listing a profile, but we recommend you independently confirm the professional's suitability. We are not responsible for the services, advice, or outcomes of the consultations you arrange with them.
9. Privacy
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Notice. By using the app, you acknowledge having read it. Some of the information you enter (mood, journal, conversations) is sensitive data; you give your express consent to process it as described in that Notice.
10. Intellectual property and license
The Sánate name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by Irma Erika Yang and protected by law. The "SÁNATE" trademark is pending registration with Mexico's IMPI. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under the End User License Agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
Sánate is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, emotional losses, decisions made based on app content, or service interruptions.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when published in the app or on this site. Continued use implies acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by law.

4. 您的账户
您有责任对密码保密并对账户内的活动负责。如发现未经授权的使用，请立即通知我们。您可随时在"账户"页面删除账户。
5. 订阅
- 免费方案：基础功能免费。
- Plus 方案：对照片中的可见线索和语音转写内容进行反思，并提供高级练习。按月或按年订阅。
- Premium 方案：包含 Plus 全部功能，以及对可见姿势线索的描述和进阶功能。按月或按年订阅。
- 免费试用：部分订阅提供试用期；试用结束后若未提前取消将自动扣费。
- 自动续订：订阅会在每个周期结束时自动续订。您可随时在 Apple 或 Google 账户设置中取消。
- 退款：由 Apple 或 Google 按其政策处理，我们无法直接受理。
6. 可接受使用
您同意不进行以下行为：
- 发布违法、威胁、冒犯、色情、暴力或鼓励自残/伤害他人的内容。
- 冒用他人身份或欺骗其他用户。
- 将应用用于未经授权的商业活动。
- 尝试访问、修改或攻击我们的系统。
违反者账户可能被暂停或删除，且不予退款。
7. 社区内容
帖子虽然匿名但公开可见。您对发布的内容负责。我们可不经通知删除不当内容。如检测到危机迹象，我们可暂停帖子并显示支持资源。
8. 治疗师目录
Sánate 提供独立专业人士目录。Sánate 不雇佣、不认证、不监督治疗师，也不是您与专业人士之间关系的当事方。我们会在列出资料前核实基本资质 (cédula/INE)，但建议您独立确认该专业人士是否合适。对于您与其安排的咨询所产生的服务、建议或结果，我们不承担责任。
9. 隐私
您数据的处理受我们的隐私声明约束。使用本应用即表示您确认已阅读该声明。您输入的部分信息（心情、日记、对话）属于敏感数据；您明示同意按该声明处理这些数据。
10. 知识产权与许可
Sánate 名称、徽标、设计、代码和内容归 Irma Erika Yang 所有，受法律保护。"SÁNATE" 商标正在墨西哥 IMPI 申请注册中。我们依据最终用户许可协议授予您个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的应用使用许可。
